If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Man muss lediglich eine kleine Straße überqueren und befindet sich am Wasser. Den schönen Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß nach ca. 20 Minuten.
Das Haus ist groß und war sauber und hell eingerichtet, wir haben uns mit vier Personen sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist sehr einfach, hier hätten wir uns über etwas Netteres gefreut. Die beiden Terrassen sind leider etwas lieblos gestaltet (grüner Teppich auf dem Boden verklebt), aber bei dem schönen Ausblick kann man darüber hinwegsehen.
Die Anreise klappte problemlos, alles war wie beschrieben.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the ocean. The house is just perfect. Fully equiped kitchen, living space, three bedrooms and that sea view terrace is just amazing.
