Cancellation
You can withdraw from the rental contract anytime before the start of the rental period. In this case we will try to rent the holiday home to someone else. A cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival is possible free of charge; the trip price will be reimbursed. The renter has the right to find a substitute lessee that will take over the holiday home to the fullest extent.

up to 7 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total rental price.
up to 2 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 70% of the total rental price.
up to 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
less than 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental price.
If the guest departs ahead of schedule for whatever reason, he must pay 100% of the accommodation price for the unused nights.

From the south exit Rheinböllen toward Bernkastel-Kues. From the north and east exit Wittlich and then toward Bernkastel-Kues. From the west exit Salmtal and then toward Bernkastel-Kues.
By plane.
If you are travelling by air, the recommended airport to fly into is Frankfurt-Hahn (approx. 30 km away) or Luxembourg (approx. 80 km away).

Wir waren eine gute Woche Gast in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Deshalb ist diese Ferienunterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen . Unsere Vermieterin Frau Bastian war immer und stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür .

Wir hatten mit Freunden eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem sehr aufwendig restaurierten Fachwerkhaus.
Sehr gefallen haben uns die jeweils an die Schlafzimmer angebundenen Bäder, so dass es dort zu keinen Kollisionen kam.
Der Ortsteil Andel befindet sich ca.
3 Kilometer vom Ortskern Bernkastel entfernt und ist fußläufig in etwa 30-40 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Bus in 7 Minuten. Dank der direkt am Haus befindlichen Bushsltestelle und einem von Frau Bastian vorgehaltener Freifahrtsschein waren wir bestens bedient.
Die Umgebung Bernkastel Kues mit der Mosel und den Weinbergen ist ein Traum.
UnsereVermieterin Frau Bastian ist super kommunikativ und hilfsbereit.
