Cancellation and Early Departure
If the start of the trip is not possible due to Corona (travel destination or place of residence is a risk area, more than 50% of guests have to quarantine, or are ill with COVID-19), no cancellation fees will apply!
1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following pro-rated rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation -up to 49 days before rental start: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before rental start: 30% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before rental start: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before rental start: 90% of the rental price

The National Park community of Hollersbach is located on the south side of the Kitzbühel ski area in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
The Panoramabahn, which is 800 meters away, takes you directly to the beautiful ski and nature area of Kitzbühel. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities.
The Tauern Cycle Path, the Hollersbach bathing lake located right outside your door, and the golf course in nearby Mittersill (7 km) open up further leisure activities.
Getting there
Arrival from Munich via the A8, B161, Kitzbühel, and Mittersill.
From the west, Innsbruck via the A12 and B165 through the Zillertal and over the Gerlos Pass.
From the east, Salzburg via the A10 and the B311.
Arrival from the south can be via the Salzburg route or the Innsbruck route.

Eine tolle Zeit vor Ort bei leider viel zu warmen Winterwetter. Konnten jeden Nachmittag auf der Terrasse grillen und die Zeit genießen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und ein sehr netter Vermieter.
Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet.
Einzige Manko war die Urlaubszeit.
Leider war kaum ein Restaurant oder Bäcker offen.
Alle waren in Betriebsferien.
Sonst ist es traumhaft schön, wenn die Saison ist.
