Cancellation policy
Cancellation costs in the event of termination by the tenant
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: no cancellation costs
- 21 to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- later than 21 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, we will endeavour to let the flat to someone else, which may reduce the cancellation charges. If we find new tenants for the entire rental period, you will of course not pay any cancellation costs.
Cancellation conditions in case of official order:
Should a holiday trip to the holiday flat be prohibited by the authorities (e.g. due to a pandemic), the deposit will be refunded in full. The tenant shall contact the landlord 14 days before arrival to discuss the further procedure (e.g., money transfer, alternative date). If an official order is issued at short notice (<14 days), 100% of the travel costs paid will also be refunded.

Holiday destination
The West Beach is regarded by connoisseurs as the most beautiful beach along the German Baltic Sea coast. The surrounding area invites you to go cycling, jogging, northern walking, hiking in the national park. Early spring and fall give you the best nature experience with red deer, cranes (even sometimes a wolf). Rough weather in the winterly storm season is also nice. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants can be reached in about 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.

Host informationSonja Fuhrmann and Sven Koschinski work as biologists in nature conservation. Finn and Anouk love wild animals, water, waves, ships, fossils, amber stones, climbing trees and adventures in the forest and on the beach. We like to spend our free time in nature and near the water where we usually ride our bikes.

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren für eine Woche Gast im Haus. In der Vorauswahl gefiel uns diese Wohnung wegen der zwei Schlafzimmer und Duschbäder. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Die Ausstattung genügt ökologischen Standards mit den Vollholzmöbeln, den Holzböden und Türen samt -zargen sowie dem Korkfußboden im OG. Die Lage direkt am Darßer Urwald und die hochwertigen Matratzen sorgen für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Schlaf. Die Küchenutensilien sind komplett, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die vier Fahrräder konnten problemlos im separaten Schuppen sicher verschlossen werden. Ein Auto wurde auf dem Platz am Haus abgestellt. Das zweite Fahrzeug fand für eine Woche im angrenzenden Hotel Bernstein einen Platz.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage in dem schönen Örtchen Prerow. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sofort in der gemütlichen, toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt. Noch nie haben wir im Urlaub eine so umfangreiche, toll ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden. Was ebenso ein großer Pluspunkt ist: aufgrund der wirklich tollen Matratzen haben wir geschlafen, wie die Murmeltiere. Das ist ja oft im Urlaub ein Manko. Aber hier einfach klasse! Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Prerow und vor allem in diese Ferienwohnung.
