Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Der Skilift, der ins Skigebiet bringt, ist weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Man kann praktisch mit den Skiern bis zur Wohnung zurückfahren.
Die Wohnung selbst ist veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, aber die Wassersteuerung ist alles andere als praktisch. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens ist veraltet, voller Kalk, und fließendes Warmwasser erzeugt einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Laminatboden ist nicht mehr bündig, sodass Risse im Boden entstehen. Es gibt zwei zusammenschiebbare Betten, aber auch diese sind veraltet und rutschen auseinander. Mein Freund musste dreimal einen Lattenrost unter dem Bett austauschen.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und begrüßte uns mit einigen lokalen Produkten. Er war gut erreichbar.
