Cancellation policy
The cancellation deadlines are as follows:
up to 6 weeks before arrival = 50% of the total price
up to 4 weeks before arrival = 80% of the total price
from 14 days before arrival = 100% of the total price
In the event of early departure and no-shows, the entire price is
calculated of the saved expenses and the advantages that are required from aonther reassessment of the use.
We would like to point out, that when taking out a rental contract, the cancellation conditions apply, even if a deviating payment plan has been listed in the rental contract.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Holiday destination
The East Cloud holiday home in the representative "First" is located right on the famous Wilhelmstrasse in Sellin. In only a few minutes on foot, you'll reach the main beach right at the sea bridge, where a beach basket is available during the high season.
Getting there
From the A20, take the B96 toward Stralsund over the Rügen bridge onto the island of Rügen. Following the B96, turn right shortly before Bergen onto the B196 toward Binz, Sellin. Follow the B196, take a left in Sellin (left turn lane) into the main street. Then immediately cross the train tracks and follow the main street to Granitzer Strasse. You'll then turn right into the Granitzer Strasse and then take the next left into Wilhelmstrasse.
Nearly at the end of the Wilhelmstrasse, take the entrance to the garage before the "first" right.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung, alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung, der Pool im Obergeschoss ist perfekt, vor allem bei Sonnenaufgang.
Einzig die Verputzmaschine auf der gegenüberliegenden Baustelle hat ein wenig genervt, aber das ist bald erledigt...
Wir würden wiederkommen, vor allem in der Nebensaison, wenn in der Wilhelmstraße nicht so viel los ist.
