Cancellation policy

In case of cacellation requests until 22 days before the initial start of the planned holidays the landlord will try his best to find other new guests for that time period. If so, the initial guests will be refunded taking into account a small fee for rebooking and bank and tax fees. Otherwise and in case of short cacellations (0 to 21 days before the initial holiday start), the landlord reserves the right to keep the booking fees in total.

Holiday destination

The beautiful coastal town of Peroj (about 1,000 inhabitants) has preserved its authentic, Istrian village character. Away from the hustle and bustle you will find here the small village shops, such as the food market "Miracolo", a bakery / vegetable and fruit shop and a pizzeria & grill. The long pebble beaches of Peroj fall flat into the Sea, making them ideal for families with children. There is a new beach promenade with several small beach bars, changing rooms, showers, toilet houses and free parking. But also on foot or by bike, the beach is easily accessible from the house. At the bike rental "Bike Peroj" (about 200 meters away in the neighborhood), you can rent bicycles for your vacation when needed. In the picturesque fishing village Fazana 2,5km away there is "more action" and a large selection of restaurants, beach bars, events and great excursions. Also here you will find the supermarket Plodine, the post office, banks, the tourist office and doctors. The largest city of Istria, Pula, is only 10 km away and is not only suitable for shopping (Pula City Mall, Lidl, Billa, Interspar, Kaufland, dm, Müller, etc.). Especially culturally, this historic city with its imposing amphitheater is an absolute MUST.

Getting there

Arrival from 16 h, departure by 10 h In the high season only on Sundays and only weekly bookable. Between the beginning of September and the end of June you can arrive on any day. By car: Take exit Vodnjan. From there it is only about 4 km to Peroj. Continue towards Fazana / Brijuni National Park following the signs for "Hotel Letan" (in Peroj). By plane: In the summer there are direct flights to Pula from D, A and CH (for example with Lufthansa, RyanAir, Swiss, Edelweiss, Croatia Airlines and many more), flight time approximately 1.15 h., Rental car from Pula airport. The exact address of the holiday property you will receive after your booking - also like a card via WhatsApp.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem modernen, sehr gepflegten und voll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts und das Highlight ist der Pool, welchen wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Meer und viele Ausflugsziele wie Fazana, Brijuni-Inseln, Pula, Rovinj und Porec sind gut zu erreichen. Das Wetter im September ist traumhaft für alle, die die ganz große Hitze nicht mögen. Auch der Kontakt zu Frau Skare und Fam. Rogall war sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Istrien verbringen dürfen und das Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus Riva hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen!
