Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of EUR 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In case of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of EUR 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide individual advice!

Hiking through "Le Balze del Valdarno," also called the "Canyons" of Tuscany: ochre-yellow, steep slopes formed millions of years ago, accessible via well-maintained hiking trails.
Outlet shopping in Valdarno (about 20-30km): The Mall Luxury Outlet with numerous brands, Prada Outlet, Dolce & Gabbana Outlet, and others.
Holiday destination
The property is located in the old part of the small hamlet of Penna, between Florence and Arezzo, on the edge of the "Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi" nature reserve.
We recommend trips to Florence and Arezzo, both of which can be easily reached by train from Montevarchi. Additionally, there are picturesque small villages in the surrounding area.
In the villages of Loro Ciuffenna and Terranuova Bracciolini, about 4km away, you will find several small shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, and bars.
Getting there
You will arrive via the A1 motorway, exit Valdarno. Upon booking, you will receive detailed directions. Arrival and departure are possible daily, with a minimum rental period of 3 days.

Wir hatten hier die wunderbarste Erfahrung. Das Reisen mit unserem 18 Monate alten Kind und meiner schwangeren Frau kann das Essen gehen manchmal etwas schwierig machen, aber das Personal hier hat alles getan, um uns willkommen zu heißen. Sie waren freundlich, entgegenkommend und wirklich aufmerksam – sie haben Platz für uns geschaffen, sich herzlich mit unserem Kleinkind beschäftigt und dafür gesorgt, dass alles perfekt war.
Das Essen und die Getränke waren ebenso fantastisch – wunderschön zubereitet, frisch und voller Geschmack. Man merkt, dass dieser Ort mit Herz geführt wird. Es ist selten, einen Ort zu finden, der einem das Gefühl gibt, zur Familie zu gehören, während er so hochwertige Angebote serviert. Verpassen Sie es nicht – besonders wenn Sie nach einem warmen, stilvollen und familienfreundlichen Ort suchen.

Leider haben wir dieses fabelhafte Restaurant an unserem letzten Abend in der Toskana entdeckt, und noch schlimmer, es war direkt vor unserer Tür, während wir für minderwertiges Essen weiter gereist waren. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, die Liebe zum Detail herausragend und das Essen köstlich. Wir waren nach Florenz in ein angesehenes Restaurant für Steak gereist, aber das Steak, das mein Sohn und seine Partnerin hier bekamen, war weit überlegen. Ich kann einen Besuch wärmstens empfehlen, und wir werden definitiv zurückkehren.
