Wir genossen die Ruhe und die phantastische Aussicht des Hauses, von den beiden Terrassen als auch der Terrasse im Garten beim Grillplatz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, bietet 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei vollwertige Bäder. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Der Garten zum Meer hin ist eine lange Treppe, mit einer Liegeterrasse sowie einem Duschplatz. Am Strand hatte uns der Eigentümer zwei Liegen und einen Schirm reserviert. Überhaupt ist Geovanni der beste Gastgeber; er gibt Tipps, kümmert sich sofort um kleine Probleme und ist extrem entgegenkommen. So gewährte er uns einen late Check-out, da wir einen späten Rückflug hatten. Das Auto parkt fast direkt vor der Haustür im Schatten. Ohne Auto ist capo coda cavallo eh mühsam. Eine wunderbare Woche in einem tollen Haus, das ich bestens empfehlen kann.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem super gelegenen Haus. Da zu dieser Zeit nicht mehr allzu viel los ist, waren wir fast nur am Hausstrand. 5 Minuten nach unten und schon liegt man auf seiner Liege - bequemer geht's eigentlich nicht. Auch der nahe gelegen Pool ist sehr schön. Die Liegen dort kann man auch kostenlos nutzen. Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen und die Dachterrasse ist einfach super. Wir haben sie vorallem abends genutzt für einen Sundowner oder den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Das Nötigste bekommt man im nahe gelegen Markt, nach Olbia sind es 20 Minuten, San Teodoro 15 Minuten. Das war für uns ok.
Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr gut erholt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Auch die ganze Abwicklung der Vermietung und Unterstützung vor Ort durch Giovanni war perfekt!
