Should you be unable to start your holiday in our vacation home due to unforeseen circumstances, the following cancellation conditions apply:
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the rental start date free of charge, and you will be fully refunded any deposit made. The cancellation can be made informally via email.
If you cancel the booking less than 14 days before the rental start date, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee, which will be offset against your deposit.

Holiday destination
The Vogesenquelle is located in the Munster Valley above the small village of Soultzeren, nestled directly in nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. The holiday home is easily accessible and yet away from any traffic. The Vogesenquelle is an ideal starting point for hikes into the high Vosges and the small medieval wine villages of Alsace can be reached within a few minutes by car. Whether alpine skiing or cross-country skiing, the large ski areas of the Southern Vosges are also in close proximity.
Getting there
The Vogesenquelle is located in the small part of the Munster Valley, about 20 km from Colmar. In Colmar, you leave the A35 motorway and head towards Munster, which is well signposted, just like Colmar. Once in Munster, follow the D417 towards Col de la Schlucht / Gerardmer. You will pass through the town of Stosswihr and then the small town of Soultzeren. The holiday home is situated 5 minutes above Soultzeren, near the pass road.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit einem tollen Ausblick! Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu interessanten Orten und absolut perfekte Wandermöglichkeiten! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war durchweg freundlich und zuverlässig und die Kaution wurde zügig zurückerstattet. Auch hierfür vergeben wir 5 Sterne an Familie Bieg! Das Haus selbst ist bestens ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst!

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Ein blitzblankes Haus, alles war vorhanden und es gab mehr als genug Platz. Toll war auch die Anleitung. Kein Suchen oder an irgendwas herumdrehen. An alles war gedacht. Ich glaube das war auch das Motto des Hauses. Alles durchdacht, alles perfekt. Auch draußen auf dem großen Balkon oder auf dem riesigen Gelände gibt es Platz ohne Ende.
Praktisch um die Ecke fangen die Wanderwege an. Wer nicht wandern möchte, kann runder ins Tal fahren. Uns hat die niedliche Stadt Munster gut gefallen. Wer möchte ist ruckzuck in Colmar oder in den kleinen Weindörfern in den Weinanbaugebieten des Elsasses. Damit ist man schon ein paar Tage beschäftigt.
Dieses Haus kann man ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und wir bedanken uns bei Herrn Bieg.
