Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Dies ist KEIN Hotel. Dieses Haus kann "gemietet" werden und ist Selbstversorger.
Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel mit teilweisem Meerblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt. Es gibt einen Lidl, Plodiene (oder so ähnlich �) und vieles mehr.
Die Zimmer sind etwas abgenutzt, wie die Zeit es mit sich bringt, aber absolut angemessen und schön eingerichtet. Zwei Zimmer mit Badezimmer en suite, ein Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Badezimmer im Obergeschoss und ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss.
Der Pool ist großartig; der Eigentümer kommt jeden Tag vorbei, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen (Wasserstand des Pools usw.), jedoch immer so, dass man ihn kaum bemerkt. Er hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.
Eine unglaubliche Anzahl von Schmetterlingen, Hummeln und Bienen dank der Lavendelpflanzung rund um das Haus.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist perfekt. Der Pool ist großartig. Die Lage ist hinsichtlich der Landschaft hervorragend, jedoch ist es eine beträchtliche Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt. Hier funktioniert nichts ohne ein Auto und 1-1,5 Stunden Zeit für den Einkauf. Wenn Sie Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie. Aber wir haben uns ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich möchte Robert's negative Bewertung entschieden widersprechen. Der Vermieter war jeden Tag da, um den Pool zu reinigen. Das ist jedoch völlig normal und war in all den anderen Häusern, die wir zuvor gemietet haben, ebenfalls der Fall. Wir waren mit Kindern und 2 Hunden dort. Auch dort war nicht immer alles ordentlich. Der Vermieter machte sich jedoch beim Reinigen des Pools fast unsichtbar und beschwerte sich nie. Allerdings muss man tatsächlich mit seinem österreichischen Nachbarn zurechtkommen können. Für uns war es nicht so schlimm, aber sie drohte uns auch, die Polizei zu rufen, nur weil ein Tennisball einmal ihren schäbigen Holzzaun getroffen hat. Persönlich fand ich das eher amüsant.
