Cancellation policy
We generally only accept written cancellations for our reservations.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- we charge no cancellation fees for cancellations made up to 3 months before the start of your stay,
- we charge 40% of the total price for cancellations made up to 1 month before the start of your stay,
- we charge 70% of the total price for cancellations made up to 1 week before the start of your stay,
- we charge 90% of the total price for cancellations made in the last week before the start of your stay or if you leave the accommodation earlier than scheduled.
The landlord can unilaterally cancel the rental contract for objectively justified reasons up to 3 months before the agreed start of your stay.

Holiday destination
The Staufen Münstertal region lies between the Black Forest and Markgräflerland with the wonderfully beautiful Rhine Valley. The area's lofty peaks, ranging from Schauinsland to Belchen, invite you to embark on a relaxing voyage into nature. The borders to Switzerland (head towards Basel) and France in the west can be crossed just a stone's throw away. Head north to Freiburg and the Kaiserstuhl hills to enjoy the sunniest of all Germany's wine-growing regions. The Europa-Park theme park in Rust makes for a great day trip destination.
Getting there
- A5 Karlsruhe-Basel to exit 64a Bad Krozingen
- continue on the L120 towards Bad Krozingen/Staufen/Münstertal
- when you reach Staufen, take a right turn towards Ballrechten-Dottingen after the Sparkasse savings bank
- take the 2nd left to Grunern after the roundabout
You'll find our house on the right-hand side after approx. 400 m

️Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung zu übernachten, und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass man die Gegend gut erkunden kann.
Die technische Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Es gibt schnelles WLAN, ein tolles Soundsystem und eine moderne Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten. Besonders gefallen hat uns darüber hinaus natürlich der Pool, der jederzeit top gepflegt war.
Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war tadellos.
Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir sind zum dritten Mal hier und kommen sicher auch noch ein viertes Mal wieder.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist super sauber und die Vermieterin ist mega lieb. Durch sie haben wir tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen bekommen.
Die Lage ist super um etwas zu unternehmen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig.
