Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and are happy to provide individual advice!

Hiking through "Le Balze del Valdarno," also known as the "Canyons" of Tuscany: ochre-yellow cliffs formed millions of years ago, accessible via well-trodden hiking trails. The owners also offer guided photo-trekking tours through this area.
Outlet shopping in Valdarno (about 20-30km): The Mall Luxury Outlet with numerous brands, Prada Outlet, Dolce & Gabbana Outlet, and others.
Holiday destination
Il Bellini Agriturismo is nestled in the countryside, about one km outside of Castelfranco di Sopra, a charming medieval village with a large piazza where you can experience the local life. Here you will find everything you need for daily necessities.
Here, in the eastern part of Tuscany, a diverse landscape awaits you with picturesque places and the mountainous world of Pratomagno, inviting for hiking and mountain biking.
Getting there
In July and August, we rent from Saturday to Saturday. During other seasons, arrival on different days may be possible depending on availability. Upon booking, you will receive detailed arrival instructions.

Wir verbrachten eine lange Woche im Agriturismo und waren vollkommen begeistert. Von der Freundlichkeit der Eigentümerin bis zur Qualität der Unterkunft war es ideal gelegen, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Der Pool war ein echter Bonus nach dem Besuch der toskanischen Dörfer.
Es war eine bezaubernde Auszeit, ein Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden. Zögern Sie nicht, ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen, und verlassen Sie den Ort nicht, ohne etwas Olivenöl und Honig vom Anwesen mit nach Hause zu nehmen; sie sind köstlich.
