Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation before the start of the agreed rental period (30 days prior to arrival), the lessee will be charged 50% of the rental price. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the lessee is obligated to pay the full rental price unless either the lessee or the lessor are able to find a suitable substitute lessee. If the lessor doesn't receive the signed rental contract within 7 days, they are entitled to let the apartment to someone else.

Holiday destination
The beach is a short bike ride away. Walking takes about 20 minutes. The historic Molli Railway station is only 300m away and serves Kühlungsborn-West, Kühlungsborn-Ost, the seaside resort Heiligendamm and Bad Doberan.
The bakery and supermarket with butcher's and beverage shop can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
An ideal starting point for extended cycling tours. Children will have fun playing and frolicking on the enclosed property. The brick barbecue can be used to prepare and enjoy a leisurely dinner. Recommended excursions: Rostock's old town, the historical Bad Doberan, the UNESCO World Heritage city Wismar (with its large amusement & water park Wonnemar).
