If you feel like feeling as if you were in the mountain itself without leaving home, this is going to be the perfect place.
The house, decorated with lots of marvellous antiquities, has a great hall when you enter which leads to the dining room, prepared for 8 people. Then you reach the air-conditioned living room which also has a wood stove and ample sofas to relax while watching satellite TV or reading some interesting book. The kitchen, despite its size, counts with all utensils and household appliances like the ceramic hob, oven and microwave among others. The laundry room is independent and it comes with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathtub bathroom comes with a bidet. The bedrooms can be found upstairs. There are two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and room enough for a cot and a high chair, and an en-suite toilet. The second bedrooms has a double bed. Both are equipped with a closet and air-conditioning.
The garden is surrounded by trees and plants as if it was a little forest or botanic garden. There are many terraces and paths made by the rocks and stones themselves that make the walks along this place something unforgettable, as well as sitting outdoor and have a glass of wine in peace. You can have an energising breakfast at the porch where you also can have lunch or dinner accompanied by the views on the mountains, the fields and the village. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Alaró is a town located in the west area of Mallorca, surrounded by mountains and with some routes for excursions. In fact, we recommend the excursion of Salt d'es Freu to true hikers, specially during the winter season for the rain water falls down and it is a spectacle. The visit to the famous castle of Alaró is a must. You will find a grocery store at the centre of the village as well as good restaurants and cafes. regarding the beaches, you can choose among the sandy beaches like the one in Palma or little pebbled coves like Port des Canonge and Cala Deià.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
