The villa, with fantastic exteriors, has a great garden and a superb chlorine swimming pool. The long shape of the pool invites to cool off while swimming. It sizes 13 m x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.8 m. The green and large garden is perfect not only for sunbathing on the four sun loungers, but also to play with your children if they travel with you. Next to the swimming pool, as well as on the porch, you can enjoy a delightful barbecue during the day or in the evening.
The house is divided in two buildings: the main house, which has two floors. It is decorated in a modern but simple. The other building is a small annexed little house. Both of them have diesel oil central heating in case you want to stay at any time during the year.
When you enter the main house, you will find a beautiful living room. It is open to the dining room and the kitchen. It has a very relaxing combination of colours, that will for sure make you enjoy chatting with your relatives while you watch the satellite-TV or cooking at the incomparable induction kitchen. In this same space you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are three bedrooms with two single beds, a wardrobe, satellite-tv and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor together with a toilet. The other two bedrooms with a shower en-suit bathroom are on the first floor. On request, we can supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.
At the annexed accommodation, there are two more rooms with the same equipment as in the other ones, except one of them which doesn't have TV, and a bathroom with a shower.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Set at about 4km of Canyamel, a beautiful coastal urbanisation belonging to Capedepera, this is undoubtedly a spectacular destination for your stay in the island. Along all the coast you will find a great variety of crystal clear water coves, like the charming Canyamel beach or the Font the Sa Cala. A visit to the Castle or to the Artà Caves is almost compulsory. If you feel like having fun in a more bustling place, you can go the Puerto the Alcudia or Can Picafort. There you can enjoy a delicious paella on the sand.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
