Cancellation policy
No later than 2 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party. Outside the above-mentioned period, a withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible with payment of the following cancellation fees:
up to 4 weeks before the arrival date 30% of the total arrangement price.
70% of the total arrangement price until 1 week before the day of arrival.
90% of the total arrangement price in the week of arrival.
In case of early departure or cancellation we will charge the booked services as stated above. We recommend a cancellation insurance!
Cancellations are not a problem with a cancellation insurance. You can also do that online at the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Hier passte wirklich alles! Wir wohnten für 14 Tage im kleinen, paradiesischem Ort Novigrad an einem der schönsten Istrien Küste-Abschnitte. In unserer Unterkunft wurden alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt - super liebenswerte Gastgeber, tolles und sehr modernes sauberes Appartement mit Ausblick auf die Meer - alles perfekt zu annehmbaren Preisen! Die Lage ist sehr gut.ca. 5 min. zum fuß zum Strand , Einkaufen, Restaurants etc. Auto hätten wir nur für die Ausfluge gehnohmen! Zudem ist die Istrien Region in ihrer Vielfalt von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die wundervolle Natur mit traumhaften Stränden und zu sämtlichen altertümlichen Orten wie z.B. Rovinj, Brioni Inseln, Groznjan, Pula, Vrsar,Umag usw. unvergleichbar schön
Wir waren absolut begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Tolle Lage im wunderschönen Ort Novigrad, Ausblick einfach sensationell!!! Das Apartment Sommer war groß und die Ausstattung super neu eingerichtet. Betten hervorragend, alles sehr sauber. Appartement ist perfekt durchgestylt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Alles war zu Fuß super erreichbar, die Lage war für uns perfekt!
Diesmal leider nur für eine Woche aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen
