Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will be applied:
up to 2 months before the rental start date 30% of the rent
up to 6 weeks before the rental start date 60% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent
In addition to the rental agreement, I need copies of the identity cards. To protect against burglars, there is a camera in the driveway. The security deposit should be transferred with the final payment 6 weeks before the rental start date. The refund will also be made by transfer.

The approximately 25 km long sandy beach is one of the cleanest beaches in Spain. The nearby mountains, Barcelona, and Tarragona provide variety. But also the adjacent and quickly accessible neighboring towns, such as Altafulla with its beautiful old town and castle or Tamarit, are a very nice destination for excursions.

Ein tolles Haus, in dem nichts fehlt.
Bequeme Betten, zwei tolle Bäder, schöne und funktionale Küche, schöner Pool und alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Wir haben eine entspannte Zeit im Haus gehabt und viele lange Spaziergänge am langen Strand gemacht.
Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin und der Dame vor Ort war sehr unkompliziert und äußerst angenehm.
Gerne wieder. Hoffentlich bald.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Lina. Das Haus ist wirklich genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool, die Dachterasse einfach alles ist traumhaft schön. Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants konnte man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Der Strand war zum Glück nicht überfüllt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Sandra hat super funktioniert.
