Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

The holiday house Franka is located in a small village Vinjez (about 10 km from Rabac). Rabac is a major tourist resort on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Magnificent scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, pleasant climate and view of the bay each year attracts many tourists. Today Rabac is modern and attractive tourist resort underfloor the ancient town of Labin and offers a diverse range of culinary specialties, boat trips and sports activities. Rabac is very suitable for family holidays.

Wir waren im September 2023 mit 6 Personen hier und kamen super erholt zurück. Tolles Haus, abseits vom Trubel und doch nah am Geschehen. Wir hatten ab 7 Uhr morgens bis Abends Sonne, herrlich. Die Außenküche war der Mittelpunkt und der meist genutzte Raum �. Jedes Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, super modern.
Der Kontakt mit unserer Vermittlerin Marijana war ab der Buchung 1a! Es wurde jede Frage beantwortet, sie spricht deutsch �. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt 20 Meter weit weg und ist da wenn man ihn brauch, er spricht englisch.
Fazit! Wir würden wiederkommen und die Villa auch weiterempfehlen! Natürlich ist es kein Erstbezug und von daher ist das ein oder andere Möbelstück bereits gebraucht oder leicht abgenutzt. Die Villa ist recht sporadisch eingerichtet was Gläser, Besteck, Geschirr, Ersatztoilettenpapier (�), Handtücher usw anbelangt, darauf sollte man eingestellt sein. Aber es gibt ja mehrere Spülmaschinen und eine Waschmaschine.
