Holiday destination
Denia on the Costa Blanca combines miles of sandy beaches with a historic old town, the Moorish castle (11th/12th century) and the Montgó Natural Park for hiking. As a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Denia is known for its red shrimp (gamba roja) and a dense restaurant scene. Ferries leave directly from the harbour for Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca. Golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Nova), watersports and theme parks such as Terra Mítica and Aqualandia in Benidorm are an easy drive away. Alicante and Valencia are each about 100 km away, and the toll-free AP-7 leads straight to Denia.

You reach Denia via A 7 highway, exit Denia-Javea.You can also take a plane or a train (transport of cars is possible) from Alicante or Valencia to Denia. Denia is 100 km from Alicante and Valencia.
