Cancellation policy
The renter can cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:
• up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the total price• up to 50 days before the start of the rental 30% of the total price
• up to 45 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the total price• up to 40 days before the start of the rental period 70% of the total price
• up to 35 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the total price• up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the total price
• from 29 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total price
Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute shall enter the contract on the existing terms. Tenants and substitute tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date the landlord/lessor receives the notification is the date on which the cancellation fee is calculated.
In the event of early termination of the lease, the entire lease price is due.

Holiday destination
You will be staying in the popular La Paz (district of Puerto la Cruz), a quiet and yet central location with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping centers and the popular old town just a few minutes walk away.
The island itself offers numerous natural experiences, such as the nature reserve "Teide" with its 3,750 m altitude and the Anaga or Teno Mountains, which make for impressive day trips.
The world famous Loropark is only 10 minutes away. At the western tip you will find the steep rocky coast "Los Gigantos." In addition to the always sunny climate, you can take boat trips too: (e.g: Whale and dolphin tours, deep sea fishing or diving
Getting there
If you arrive at the southern airport Reina Sofia it is approx. 1 hour drive to the apartment:
1. Motorway TF-1 direction Santa Cruz
2. Shortly before Santa Cruz on motorway TF-2 direction La Laguna, just before La Laguna follow TF-5 direction Puerto de la Cruz
3. Exit Puerto la Cruz, Martianez.
If you arrive at the northern airport, the driving time is about 25 minutes:
Take the TF-5 motorway towards Puerto de la Cruz, exit at Puerto la Cruz, Martianez.
Transfer service: We would also be happy to pick you up if you do not wish to hire a car.
Bus: Bus connections for approx. €10.From the airport Tenerife South about one hour, from the airport Tenerife North about 30 minutes.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Frau Holland verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet , die Balkonmöbel laden zum relaxen ein und die Betten ermöglich eine ruhige und entspannte Nacht. Besonders sind die 2 Balkone, auf denen wir je nach Tageszeit die Sonne genossen haben.
Ein Pluspunkt ist auch die Tiefgarage , die eine sichere Unterbringung für das Auto bietet. Außerdem war Frau Holland jederzeit für uns erreichbar.
Wir haben uns also rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben 14 Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht und können nur sagen:
Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung waren perfekt. Wir sind bereits viel gereist und haben auf allen Kontinenten unsere Erfahrungen gemacht. Aber noch nie haben wir ein so perfekt eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Appartment gesehen. Es fehlte an nichts.
Die große und überdachte Terasse lud zum Sonnen, Essen und Spielen ein. Wir waren hierfür besonders dankbar, da unseren Urlaub einige Regentage trübten.
Abgerundet wurde der Urlaub durch die Tiefgarage.
Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Begrüßung durch Frau Holland, die alles zeigte und erklärte. Jegliche Fragen wurden beantwortet und man spürte die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin, der die Zufriedenheit der Gäste besonders wichtig ist.
