If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The area of Capellans - Playa de Muro towards Puerto de Alcudia is a more natural area, backed by the dunes and with less services. The old centre of Alcudia with its stoned streets is about 12 km. Near Puerto de Alcudia, in Alcanada, there is a golf course by the sea.
