Locted at the foot of the hills you can see the mountains on the border with Slovenia, the 'Colli Orientali del Friuli' with its famous vineyards. Cividale, Gorizia, Trieste are within a 45 minutes drive and a day trip to Venice is always worthwhile. In the immediate neighborhood there are fine dining restaurants (1.5 km,) as well as typical 'trattorie' or 'agriturismi,' where in addition to excellent wines regional dishes are served at an excellent price / performance ratio.

By car: Coming from the north (Tauern motorway): Exit Udine-Nord, keep left after the tollbooth, follow direction Cividale, exit at Udine-Ribis, then turn left until you see a yellow flashing traffic light, there left again at San Bernardo, after the church tower on the right is the house with the apartment. Coming from the west (Verona, Venice), at the junction Trieste-Udine in the direction of Udine, then take the exit Udine-Nord, then as above...
By train: Udine station, then about 7 km by rental car or taxi
By plane: Aeroporto Trieste (TRS) - (with Ryanair, Lufthansa, Volotea etc), then bus transfer or rental car to Udine (about 45 min.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie in vollen Zügen genossen. Das absolute Highlight für die Kinder war der wunderschöne Garten und der liebevolle Umgang mit den zahmen, lieben Tieren. Die Anlage hat uns pure Entspannung im Grünen geboten. Besonders begeistert hat uns die herzliche, sympathische und persönliche Betreuung vor Ort; wir haben uns in der stilvollen und äußerst gepflegten Wohnung sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell in der Stadt zu sein und trotzdem die absolute Ruhe der Natur zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns für diese unvergessliche Zeit! Wir durften als Familie mit zwei Hunden knapp eine Woche die tolle Gastfreundschaft und die traumhafte Unterkunft von Familie Wieser genießen! Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer gemütlich, der Wohnbereich lies auch keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ebenfalls ein Traum, den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein aus der Region. Frau Wieser stand uns bei allen Belangen immer überaus freundlich zur Seite, selbst als unser Hund sich verletzt hatte. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen sein durften!
