Enjoy a large breakfast at the terrace, which has a table with chairs for 6 persons. The little garden area offers two sun loungers, perfect to read something interesting or basking in the sun, although you will probably feel like going to the beach which is just 130 metres away, and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.

The two storey chalet with a size of 90 m2 is ideal for families and small groups of friends. In the living room, with a large sofa, you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, watching TV (satellite TV) or taking a nap. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, food blender, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. Going upstairs you find the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub, the second one has two twin beds and the last one has a single bed. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. The whole accommodation counts with heat - cold air conditioning and there are units in every bedroom and in the living area.
The whole plot (with the house) measures about 115 m2. There is parking space on the plot for up to 2 cars. Furthermore, you could park in front of the property on the street free of charge. The house is located in a small urbanisation and there are direct neighbours. The location of the chalet is perfect because you reach all the installations you may need in a few minutes walking or driving by car or bus. Close to the chalet you will find a supermarket, restaurants, and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia harbor, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Can Picafort. Enjoy a relaxing beach day, bask in the sun and take a refreshing bath in the sea; or go for a pleasant stroll along the beach. You reach the fine grained sand beach with its crystal clear water in only 100 meters.
The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don?t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, degustation menus and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find small supermarkets for grocery shopping.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Also the bay Cala St. Vicente is a must to see. A visit of the old town of Pollença with its tiny church (Calvari) and the nice main square with lots of restaurants would be a nice half-day trip. To access the Calvari, you would have to climb more than hundred stairs - but the views are worth it!

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
