Withdrawal / Storno:
The renter can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental.
The resignation is to be declared in writing and becomes effective with access to the landlord.
With the resignation following compensation is due:
up to 90 days before arrival 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due,
even if the holiday guest does not use the services of the landlord.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation / cancellation insurance

After the RUPA / PASJAK border crossing, take the A7 / E61 in the direction of RIJEKA
and drive towards SPLIT / CRIKVENICA / OTOK KRK /. Follow the
Signage to the island of Krk - OTOK KRK. Cross the bridge to KRK and
Follow the signs to the city KRK / MALINSKA on the D102. Drive
You pass the junction MALINSKA. At the roundabout take the exit
DOBRINJ / SILO. Follow the signs DOBRINJ / SILO / VRBNIK. Drive on
Pass GABONJIN and continue towards KRAS. After approx. 500m turn
Right off at the small table CIRIC. Drive on this narrow street
and after 50 meters turn left and you will come to our house at the address
Kras 65.

Haus Vedra liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend . Anwesen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, vor allem die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Auch in den Badezimmern wurde an alles gedacht. Jasmina ist sehr herzlich und auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir mit leckeren Speisen und Getränken überrascht.
Haus Vedra liegt ungefähr "mitten" in Krk und ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für jede Ecke auf der Insel. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Geschäft für die wichtigsten Dinge (auch frischem Brot), große Supermärkte sind in ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dahin gibt es einen Stand mit frischem Obst, Gemüse und einheimischen Produkten.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und sehr gut erholt!! Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben insgesamt zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen im Haus Vedra verbracht. Es ist extrem gut ausgestattet, man findet wirklich alles (!) in der Küche , was man zum Kochen so haben möchte! Es liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft, umgeben von anderen Häusern und Gärten, also völlig ruhig, aber nicht einsam. Das Haus selbst wurde von Jasmina und ihrer Familie sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und ist umgeben von einem großen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem großen, schönen Pool. Jasmina ist eine tolle und extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sie war bei Fragen immer sofort zur Stelle, hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Lokale gegeben und uns am Ankunftstag zusammen mit ihrem Bruder und einem freundlichen Hund sehr herzlich empfangen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!
