If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The property is located on the outskirts of sa Pobla, in a quiet and rural environment although near of all needed services at the same time, since it is only 2.5 km away from the centre of the village. Here you will find not only shops and supermarkets but also bars and restaurants where you can taste the great Mallorcan gastronomy while coming to know the local traditions. The village is on the way to the wonderful northern beaches: you will reach Playa de Alcudia, playa de Muro and Can Picafort in a less than 20 minutes drive. These are large sandy beaches with turquoise waters and all services where you will wish to spend most time of your vacation. You cannot miss the visit to s?Albufera, a protected natural park where you can know the local wildlife.
