Holiday destination

Our house is located in the upper part of the district and is the ideal starting point for countless leisure activities. It’s only a 10-minute walk to free beach, the steamer jetty, bike rental, and the mini golf course. There is a 62 km bike path around Lake Chiemsee. By car to Traunstein: 8 km; to the Hochfelln cable car: 15 km; to Salzburg with castle, Mirabell Gardens, Getreidegasse: 39 km; to Berchtesgaden with Königsee, salt mine, Kehlsteinhaus, and toboggan run: 70 km; to Seon Monastery: 14 km; to Munich: 100 km.

Getting there

Coming from Traunstein, continue in the direction of Seebruck. At the Laimgrub roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue straight ahead for 1.4 km. Immediately before the church, turn left onto a small road heading south. After 80 m, turn left into the wide tarred courtyard entrance. From the motorway towards Salzburg, take the Chieming exit.-At the 1st roundabout, take the 3rd exit and at the 2nd roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Continue 7 km towards Chieming . On the main road immediately after the church, turn right (small street). After 80 m, turn left into the wide tarred courtyard entrance.

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung wird von der Wirklichkeit weit übertroffen. Die Ausstattung lässt in allen Belangen keine Wünsche offen. Auch für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung sowie Rollstuhlfahrer (wie mich)ist sie bestens geeignet. Sollte tatsächlich mal ein Wunsch offen sein z.B. nach einem zusätzlichen Duschstuhl, wird dieser von den überaus hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgebern umgehend erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und geräumig, der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge einfach nur wunderschön. Die Entfernungen zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Seeufer sind wirklich gering. Fazit: wir haben noch keine so perfekte Ferienwohnung mit so gastfreundlichen Gastgebern vorgefunden.

Wunderschöne sehr große Unterkunft. Alles da, was man benötigt. Tolle Lage! Fußläufig zum See und zum Zentrum, Restaurants sowie Bäcker in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Schöne Terrasse mit Bergblick. Können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
