At the moment of making the reservation, it must be payed 20% of the amount of the reservation and the deposit. The rest of the payment (80%) must be done 7 days before arrival. Cancellation between the reservation and the 7 days before arrival will imply the lost of the 20%.

The neighborhood
El Sauzal is one of the preferred areas of the island where the important local families and some distinguished foreigners have their accommodations. Located away from the "mass tourism" and scattered on the slopes of the mountain, the houses of Sauzal offer incomparable views of the north coast of Tenerife, with its lush vegetation and the majestic Teide in the background.
At the foot of the luxurious houses, the coast of El Sauzal extends. There is a carefully reformed road that meanders along the island's coastline.
El Sauzal connects with the highway of the north (TF-5) that connects with Puerto de la Cruz, the west coast, La Laguna and Santa Cruz, the south east. From the northern highway you can also access the southern highway (TF-1) to connect with the southern face of the island. It is strategically located and very well communicated to easily reach every part of the island either the south or the north.
