1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

The Klippitztörl ski area is only a few minutes' walk from the chalet. In summer, the summer toboggan run or the climbing garden ensures plenty of variety. But you can also start many walks right from the chalet.

Schönes, sauberes, modernes und toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus! Traumhafter Blick auf die Berge, super Terrasse. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist der Hammer: gepflegtes Hüttendorf, 3 Gasthöfe/ Almhütten zu Fuß erreichbar (zw. 10 und 25 min.), wunderbare Wanderungen, inkl. spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn ab dem Ferienhaus. Brötchenservice in der Schwarzkogelhütte (ca. 10 Min.). Rundherum ganz freundliche, herzliche Gastgeber. Zu guter Letzt sehr netter Kontakt mit Herrn Demming. Vielen Dank, Klippitztörl - wir kommen wieder!

Das Chalet ist so wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Es ist gut ausgestattet. 1 Stock mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Whirlpool und WC. Erdgeschoss großes Badezimmer mit Infrarotsauna , Abstellraum , großer Wohnbereich
mit Sitzecke und großer Esstisch und gut ausgestattete Küche. Also alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Zusammengefast war es eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.
