If you wish to cancel the holiday you've booked, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 90 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount.
From 89 to 60 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount of your booking.
From 59 to 31 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of your booking.
From 30 days to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of your booking.
If short term re-rental is possible after your cancellation, the new rate will be deducted.

Holiday destination
The little village of Colonia Sant Pere has retained its Mallorcan charm: the buildings in Coloniade Sant Pere have only one or two floors. There are no high rises like you see in other tourist centres. A small fishing port, a little marina, just next to the beach protected by a breakwater and waterfront promenade with some restaurants and bars make this a charming, quiet location.
Getting there
You need a car to get to the Casita. Because you reach the casita via a field path, we ask you to make sure that there is sufficient space between the undercarriage and the ground.

Wir haben bereits zum dritten Mal Urlaub in der Casita gemacht und wie immer haben wir die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Das liegt an der unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern vor der Anreise, an der herzlichen Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und natürlich an der Casita, ihrer Ausstattung, ihrer Lage und der Umgebung. Wer Ruhe sucht, den Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang liebt, ist hier genau richtig.
Die Casita hat eine Klimaanlage, sodass man auch im Hochsommer nicht unter der Hitze leiden muss. Überhaupt fehlt es in der Casita an nichts. Auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön, der Pool sehr gepflegt.
Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl. Das liegt nicht zuletzt an der Gastfreundlichkeit von Eva und Reinhard. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Casita wirklich wärmstens empfehlen!

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.
Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und auch der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet worden.
Es war für uns ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!
Einen ganz besonderen Dank an unsere lieben Nachbarn V. und M. für die zwei unvergesslich wunderschönen Abende :-))
