Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, unless a different rental is possible:

Nevertheless, the landlord endeavors to rent the property to someone else.

Getting there
Leave the A7 at the Garlstorf junction, turn left and drive approx. 1 km into the village. At the second junction is the sign "3 km to Toppenstedt", there you turn left. After 3 km you will reach the entrance to Toppenstedt. After about 200 meters, turn right into "Oberen Kirchweg", follow it for about 500m and then turn right into "Im Moor". After about 100 meters turn again into the "Lütten Moorweg".
