Just 15 minutes from beautiful uncrowded sandy beaches. Our village is also on the network of the "voies vertes" footpaths, a great way to explore the surrounding countryside. Day trips include boat rides to the Channel Islands, the mont-Saint-Michel , Bayeux and more locally the fishing ports of Portbail and Carteret have excellent restaurants.

Host informationWe have lived and worked in Paris for many years but have decided to retire to an area we have always loved, Le contentin in Normandy. We purchased and renovated La Fontaine in 2018, we live next door to the cottage but not too close, so you have your own private space but we are on hand if you have any questions. We have a lovely friendly labrador, and we speak English and French, and have a German speaking friend nearby in cas of emergencies!

Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr schönes riesiges Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in La Haye (ca. 5min) vom Haus. Sehenswürdigkeiten aus dem 100jährigen Krieg, D-Day 1944 und ganz allgemein die französischen Kathedralen und die französische Lebensart .....
3 Wochen gingen so schnell vorbei - SCHADE! Die Capregion (La Hague) hat uns ganz besonders gefallen!!!
