Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to receive confirmation from the landlord followed by a transfer of 50% of the rental price to the account specified in the rental contract. After payment of the remaining rental amount plus the tourist tax and the deposit four weeks before arrival, the house keys will be handed over about one week before arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of 80.00 euros is always payable.
For a cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 30% (rental price, excluding additional costs)
- from 30 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period 40%
- from 14 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period 50%
- from 7 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the agreed rental costs as confirmed in writing in the rental contract.

Renesse is a nice, cozy place. Renesse is located on the "peninsula" of Schouwen-Duiveland and is about 70 km from Rotterdam. Schouwen-Duiveland is part of the Zeeland region. Zeeland has the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in all of the Netherlands, and they have been awarded multiple times!
A large, expansive sandy beach, blue, roaring sea, bizarre, high dunes, and cozy beach bars are located about 1 km away.
The town center of Renesse with its numerous shops for shopping and restaurants for dining can be found approximately 1.5 km away. The nearest supermarket with bread rolls, groceries, drinks, and small items is 150m away. There is a bicycle rental about 1 km away. You can reach everything on foot or by bicycle. Extensive bike tours through the dunes or the sprawling network of bike paths invite you to discover surrounding nostalgic villages or the vast nature with its native and rare animals.

Hier stimmt alles! Reinkommen, wohlfühlen und sich sofort zu Hause fühlen. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet.
Der nicht einsehbarer Garten ist ein Traum.
Jeden Morgen draußen unter der festen Überdachung mit Markise frühstücken.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super freundlich und schnell.
Diese Unterkunft kann man zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
