Those who love the sea and the good weather will find a little paradise in this house. The great porch and the covered terrace surround this majestic chalet, inviting to enjoy succulent breakfasts and nice evenings, having dinner all together the delicious barbecued recipes. In fact, right when our guests go outside they meet a great feeling of charm, thanks to the simple but cosy yard with trees around, where the little ones can have a lot of fun. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around, but it really is a place that emanates peace.
The house, spacious and senzill, has only one floor. When you enter, you find a great living - dining room where 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, some books and a TV set are ready for you to enjoy a good reading or an interesting movie. The main character of the room is the beautiful and decorative fireplace. Next, the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and an oven. You can also enjoy your meals right here. The laundry room is independent and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house comprises 3 bedrooms, all of them with a wardrobe and a fan. Two of them are equipped with a double bed and the last one has 3 single beds. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there are two bathrooms in the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a tub.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Die Siedlung von Sa Ràpita ist für ihre Stille und ihre paradiesischen feinsandigen Strände mit kristallinem türkisen Wasser wohlbekannt und liegt nur 2.4 km von dem Chalet entfernt.
Diese Zone ist ein einzigartiges Naturjuwel, welche entlang der Küste noch viele weitere Strände wie Es Trenc oder Cala Pi, um nur die Bekanntesten zu nennen, ihr Eigen nennen kann. Am Strand von Es Trenc befinden sich verschiedene Strandbars, wo auch gerne einmal live bis in die Abendstunden im Sommer gespielt wird.
Das Dorf an sich verfügt über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, sowie einigen Restaurants mit Blick auf das Meer. Falls Sie gerne frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte speisen, empfiehlt sich in jedem Fall der Besuch in dem nächstgelegenen Fischerdorf Colonia de Sant Jordi.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
