Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Perfekter Platz! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und der Garten/Terrasse absolut ausreichend für 7 Personen. Es gibt eine Hängematte und drei verschiedene Sitzecken, Schatten und Sonne, Liegestühle, den Pool,... Interessanterweise ist der Bergblick fast beeindruckender und schöner als der Meerblick. Die große Felswand schafft eine sehr ansprechende, ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeber sind besonders gut gewesen: Einerseits waren sie immer erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam, andererseits aber stets im Hintergrund, so dass man sich jederzeit frei und unbeobachtet fühlte. Besonderes Highlight war ein Abend mit gegrilltem Fisch, Fleisch und Kartoffeln. Uns gefiel es so gut in den Außenanlagen, dass wir täglich später als gedacht zu den unterschiedlichen Stränden, die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind, aufbrachen.
