Cancellation policy
The reservation is considered binding only after the receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price. In the event of cancellation of the booking, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
Should you arrive late or depart early, we allow ourselves to charge the full amount of the booking.
According to the Consumer Protection Code, you do not have the right to withdraw. We would like to inform you that we do not accept payments with credit or debit cards. The tenant must cover any damages or repairs.
In the event of cancellation of the booking, we reserve the right to retain the deposit in any case. From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 50% of the travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
Within the last 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking price.
Please do not forget to take out travel cancellation insurance so that any expenses incurred due to cancellation are covered by the travel insurance.

Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet, and central position with a magnificent panoramic view of the entire Val Gardena. We are located just a 5-minute walk from the town center, the lively pedestrian zone, and the lift facilities.
The ski bus stop can be reached from our house in 2 minutes.
