Cancellation policy
Rentals are typically on a weekly basis. The rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Alternative rental periods are only possible in exceptional cases and by arrangement.
Dates/Cancellation:
A cancellation is possible up to 6 months before the start of the rental period upon payment of a handling fee of €25.00. Thereafter, in the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is due, for cancellations less than 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the start of the rental, 75% is due, and for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental, 90% of the rental price is due. It is the responsibility of the renter to take out travel cancellation insurance if needed.

Holiday destination
In North Holland, nestled between the North Sea and the IJsselmeer and just behind the vast natural dunes of the extensive and wide sandy beach, you'll find the holiday home park Strandslag. The beach at Julianadorp aan Zee has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' for its exceptionally good seawater quality. Winding through the wide and tall dunes are varied paths that invite you to enjoy extensive cycling tours or walks. Beyond the dunes, the landscape is characterized by sprawling flower fields.
The holiday park is designed around a picturesque lake and a large adventure playground. Also within the park are a small restaurant with a kiosk offering bread roll service, as well as mini-golf, bicycle and go-kart rental, a bowling alley, and on the open area, facilities for football, volleyball, table tennis, and a basketball hoop.
In the small town of Julianadorp, there are numerous diverse restaurants and a shopping center with many shops (bakery, butcher, ice cream parlor, drugstores, clothing and toy stores, fish cart) and supermarkets (Deen, Aldi, Lidl).

Host informationWe have been coming to the holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee for 15 years now, and that's in every season. For 5 years, we have had our own holiday home, which we also rent out privately. Our children have practically grown up here and meanwhile, Julianadorp has become our "second home". We have furnished our house in such a way that we feel comfortable there, and we wish the same for our guests.

wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Rundum eine schönes Ferienhaus

Ende März war es noch relativ frisch in Nordholland. Unsere Ankunft in unserem Ferienhaus war prima - das Haus geheizt, der Parkplatz ganz Nahe und die Wohnatmosphäre sehr angenehm.
Überall spürt man, dass die Wohnung von den Vermietern selbst genutzt wird und an alles gedacht ist.
Wir hatten einen sonnigen Urlaub. Aber auch an Schlechtwettertagen bietet die Wohnung viel Platz, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer und sogar ein eigenes Lesezimmer ...
Ein Schrank voller Spiele, Bücher und CDs hält Angebote für jeden Geschmack bereit.
Und wir haben immer wieder die Gartenmöbel auf der windgeschützten Terasse nutzen können.
Zum riesigen Sandstrand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten - und natürlich führen die Fahrradwege direkt am Ferienpark vorbei.
Insgesamt ideale Bedingungen für einen schönen Urlaub
