Enjoy our quiet holiday home in the Hollenzen area across from the idyllic "Hollenzer Dorfbrunnen" fountain. We get our drinking water from the same crystal clear source, which we offer in the building as Grander Wasser.

Over 100 freshly groomed kilometres of slopes and numerous lifts await you in Mayrhofen. Mayrhofen also has plenty to offer in the SUMMER. Whether hiking or riding you motorbike on the Zillertal high road. A visit to the four side valleys is also worth a trip. The special adrenalin kick is provided by the climbing walls, a rafting tour on the Ziller river or a canyoning excursion into the Zemm gorge.
Holiday destination
Recently the word has gotten around that Mayrhofen is worth a trip both in the summer and in the winter. Whether action or relaxation - every guest can find what they want here. The three top areas, Zillertal3000, Zillertal Arena Zell/Gerlos and Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach/Fügen are easy to reach by car as are the nature toboggan run, Nordic trails, hiking trails and climbing walls. Thanks to the excellent bus connections you can leave your car parked if you like.
Getting there
By car
1.5 km away from Mayrhofen. You drive along the B 169 towards Mayrhofen, about 500 m before Mayrhofen you turn left and drive towards Brandberg, after 300 m turn left again and you'll reach our house after 1 km, on the left side. The practice of Dr. Alois Dengg is on the ground floor. The entrance to the holiday apartment is on the right side of the building.(Downhill)
