Cancellation policy
Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date, or the total amount in cash upon arrival to the property management (the date of payment receipt is decisive). If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to withdraw from the trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
• for a cancellation up to 60 days before the rental begins, 20% of the rental sum,
• for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the rental begins, 30% of the rental sum,
• for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the rental begins, 50% of the rental sum, and for later declared withdrawal or if the contractually agreed services are not used, the entire rental sum = 100%.

The finca is nestled in the heart of the idyllic Mondragó Natural Park, just a 4-minute drive from Cala Mondragó: This bay is one of the most beautiful on the east coast - consisting of two fjord-like coves that cut into the land, the Calas "Mondrago" and "S`Amarador". The pine forest almost reaches the turquoise blue sea. The two halves of the double bay are connected by a paved footpath over the low cliffs. Furthermore, there are 2 small Calas: Cala Borgit and Cala Barca, also reachable in 4 minutes. A 2-minute drive takes you to Alqueria Blanca or in 5 minutes to Porto Pedro. Alqueria offers several good restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a bakery, a very beautiful church, a weekly market every Tuesday, etc. Santanyi is also only about a 5-minute drive from the house.
