Das Haus selbst ist angenehm und ideal für 4 Personen.
Der Pool ist ebenfalls ausreichend groß und sauber.
Die Holzterrasse ist eher klein, sodass Liegestühle, Lounge-Set und Esstisch mit Stühlen eng beieinander stehen.
Die Gartenmöbel und die Terrasse sind erneuerungsbedürftig und sehen etwas abgenutzt aus. Außerdem war der Holzterrassentisch mit einer selbstklebenden Folie abgedeckt, was ihm ein unansehnliches Aussehen verlieh.
Die Polsterung der Sessel im Wohnzimmer ist abgenutzt und blättert ab. Wahrscheinlich hat der Eigentümer sie deshalb mit Hussen abgedeckt. Dies konnte jedoch nicht verhindern, dass zahlreiche schwarze Schuppen unter der Polsterung hervorlugten und beim Sitzen auf dem Sessel Spuren auf dem Boden hinterließen.
Der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend groß, das Gefrierfach ist jedoch eher klein.
Es gibt nicht genügend Küchenutensilien. Es gibt nur genügend Teller für eine Person. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt, müssen Sie mehrmals täglich Geschirr spülen.
Es gibt auch nicht genügend Schüsseln. Die Bratpfannen sind geschwärzt und abgenutzt.
