Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem Angebot/Fotos im Internet. Die Wohnung ist dreckig, abgewohnt, dunkel. Eingangsbereich: lose Fußbodenfliesen (Verletzungsgefahr). Zusammengewürfelte Möbel, andere Möblierung als im Internet dargestellt, provisorisch geflickte wackelige Stühle, Wohnzimmertisch mit aufgeplatzten Verkleidungen. Ein Fenster hing nur an einem Scharnier und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Badezimmer: Schimmel an den Fugen, unbrauchbare, zugekalkte Handbrause. Teppiche versifft. Unprofessionelle Organisation des Vermieters: nach Abreise wurde zur Begleichung innerhalb von 4 Tage aufgefordert, sonst würden rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet, obwohl die Wohnung bereits vor Anreise komplett bezahlt worden war; auf den übersandten Beleg zur getätigten Zahlung erfolgte noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung.
