Villa Sariva is a private villa with swimming pool. An exclusive place for people looking for wellness and prestigious villas, 50 meters from a fantastic unspoiled beach.
The villa is located in the province of Ragusa on the coast of Santa Maria del Focallo at 6 Km from Pozzallo city center.
The beach, with fine sand ideal for children, is long and wide, submerged by Eucalyptus and dunes that make the context an ideal place to relax.

the villa has 5 bedrooms: 3 with King size with the possibility of adding a cot for children or an extra bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, memory foam mattresses.

Outstanding Villa in the South of Sicily

We had a wounderfull stay at the villa Casa Sariva. The owner Saro is a perfect host. He is available for you for any questions and provides you with recommendations for restaurants/shops/sightseen etc.

The house is even better as in the picutures! We - a couple - stayed for one week - in this absolutely well equiped house. Expecially the kitschen is well equiped for cooking inclucding enought dishes, dishwasher and a big fridge with freezer (for ice-creme to go from the Gelateria in Pozallo ;o).

The house is near the sea in 5 minute walking distance and there are also beach equipment provided by the owner. As we wanted a quite and relaxing stay we mostly used the big pool, where you have privacy and enough shadow on the terrace during the day incl. a big parasol.

Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time in that modern, beautifully furbished villa by the sea. Thanks to Saro, the very sympathetic host, we felt completely at home. We either stayed at the huge Pool or walked only a few meters to the Beach, which was very comfortable for us and our little Girls. We highly recommend Villa Sariva and hope to come back for another wonderful vacation in Sicily.

We were spending 2,5 weeks in this designer villa. We researched quite a while for a nice habitat for our family with our 2,5 year old daughter and found this jewel. The villa was much better than we expected from the descriptions or the pictures.

Everything was new, clean, accommodating and cozy. We could feel in many details, that our host Saro was trying to make the stay of his guests the most pleasant experience possible. Saro was a great host and we felt at every time, that he was going way beyond our expectations in his responsiveness and helping us finding our way around.
