Villa Dina is in perfect position because it's located in peacefull neigbourhood which is just 3 km away from city centar called Labin. In radious of just 700 m you can find a big supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and gas station. Cristal clear sea and pebble beaches are just 8 km away from the house.
Getting there
At big supermarket Plodine turn left and drive appx. 200 m, then turn right and drive untill end of the road and at the left side you will see villa Dina.

Wir waren in der Villa Dina und haben dort einen tollen Urlaub verbracht, ruhig und erholsam!
Dora war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .
Optimal für Rollstuhlfahrer!
Ein Zimmer im Haus ist speziell für Rollstuhlfahrer eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Allerdings ist das Bett sehr hoch (min 60cm) und am Rand sehr weich, daher war das Überwechseln nicht ganz so einfach. Die Matratzen sind sonst sehr angenehm.
Das Badezimmer bietet auch alles was man braucht.
Die 3 anderen Zimmer sind um einiges kleiner, aber auch vollkommen ausreichend.
Es war alles sauber und ordentlich!
Der Badelift am Pool ist perfekt! Laut Aufschrift hebt er bis zu 180kg. Der Sitzsack ist ganz fein löchrig, sodass man nicht zu viel Wasser mit rausnimmt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is located near old town Labin and serves as a value for money base for travelling around Istria. The popular Rabac beach was a short 20min drive away, and we also visited Motovun, Pula and Sv Marina over the 2 weeks we were there._x000D_

This villa is wheelchair/ disabled friendly with access ramp at the entrance, suitable for elderly folks or anyone with mobility difficulties. Its 1BR+en-suite toilet is also wheelchair compliant._x000D_

There is plenty of outdoor/ indoor space + dining area and a well equipped kitchenette (both indoor and outdoor as well) Pool was of a decent size though given the wonderful beaches around we did not use this much._x000D_

Free parking is readily available for 2 cars either on the driveway or on the street. The property is located on a cul de sac off the main road which is quiet and peaceful. Plodine supermarket where we got our groceries from is a short 5 min walk across the street._x000D_

Lastly, the hosts were incredibly hospitable to ensure we had everything we needed. Jagoda whips up amazing local cuisine too - highly recommend having one of your meals cooked by her. Pro tip: order the buzara!
