Unsauber, schlechter Service, Umständliches Handling.
Unakzeptable Reaktionszeiten.
Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der sich zuständig fühlte.
Im Nachgang nun zähe Diskussionen und wenig Verständnis.
