1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees must be paid: In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen, and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. Holiday destination

This unique holiday home, built in 2019, is located on the edge of the village Den Hoorn, with a view of the dunes. Next to meadows with sheep, chickens, and other animals. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bicycle rental can be found in the village center. It's only 600 meters to the lookout dune Loodsmansduin (+ 16 m NAP), where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the south of Texel. The vast North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks in the nature reserves De Geul, De Bollekamer, and De Hors. The estate De Bonte Belevenis is located 1 kilometer away.
