Maximum flexibility in uncertain times – our current cancellation policy for Winter 2021/22:
Flexible cancellation fees for you: Up to four weeks before your arrival, you can cancel your holiday at any time free of charge.
If you are not allowed to leave your region due to official regulations at the time of the planned trip, or if entry into Tyrol is not possible, you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to one day before arrival. In both cases, there will be no cancellation fees for you. The deposit will be refunded or used for a newly agreed date.
Otherwise, the Austrian hotel industry's cancellation conditions apply.

Free ski pass and ski equipment! Children under 10 years of age ski for free in all ski areas of the Stubai Valley when accompanied by a paying parent. Ski equipment is also free for children under 10 years (provided one parent is paying). Children aged 10 to 15 years pay a reduced rate.
Holiday destination
Our holiday accommodation is nestled in the heart of the Stubai Alps at an altitude of 1000 meters. It is the perfect starting point for mountaineering, climbing, and hiking in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick2000, Elfer, Serles) around our holiday apartment provide ideal conditions for winter sports.
All areas can be reached within a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. The bus stop is just 1 minute away from the house!
Getting there
Arrival by car: Comfortably via the A13 motorway – exit Stubaital – towards Stubai Valley in the direction of the Stubai Glacier.
Arrival by train: From Innsbruck's main train station, take the Stubaitalbahn train for about 50 minutes to Telfes in the Stubai. The small train station in the village is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
Arrival by plane: Would you prefer to fly? We recommend Innsbruck Airport as your destination. From there, it's about a 20-minute journey to us.

Die Wohnung ist super schön. Der dazugehörige Garten ist im Sommer natürlich top und die Gastgeber sind sehr nette liebe Leut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank für alles!
