Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, 20% of the rental price will be charged.
If you cancel within 6 weeks before arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
If you cancel within 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 80% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
We make an effort to re-rent the apartment immediately after your cancellation.
However, if the apartment is successfully rented out, a fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged for our additional effort.

The holiday apartment is located in a private residential complex, about a 10-minute walk from the beach, 25 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car from the small port town of Porto Valtravaglia. Here you will find all the necessities of daily life and also a great beach. Market day is Monday.
The weekly market in Luino is 10 minutes away by car, and from Laveno, you can reach Milan by train in 1.5 hours or Verbania by ferry in 20 minutes.
Directly from the apartment, you can set off on hikes or bike rides.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung am Lago Maggiore verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ein reibungsloser Ablauf und man ist von der ersten Minute entspannt in seinem Urlaub. Die Sicht auf den See ist einzigartig und wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und daran interessiert, dass ich die Gäste voll umfänglich wohl fühlen.

Wenn man die Wohnung betritt, ist man einfach überwältigt. Liebevolle Einrichtung, alles super sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Nicht zu toppen ist einfach die große Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Wir haben uns jeden Tag gefreut, wenn wir von unseren Touren zurück kamen, den Abend bei völliger Ruhe auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Der Kontakt zu Familie Schuhmann war auch super nett. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir sagen vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub.
