Cancellation by the renter
Any cancellation must be notified to the landlord by letter or e-mail.
A) Cancellation prior to arrival and arrival of the premises:
- 100% of the deposit amount will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 35 days before the arrival date of your stay.
B) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rent remains the owner. There is no refund.
