The apartment is located in a townhouse in the heart of Zell am See, featuring multiple residential units and shops in the pedestrian zone. Restaurants and stores are right on the spot. The lake and the valley station of the mountain railways are just a few minutes' walk away. The mountain town of Zell am See, with a population of 9,700 and an altitude of 760m, is situated in one of the most beautiful holiday regions of Austria. Together with its partner municipality Kaprun, home to the Kitzsteinhorn, the region boasts a total of 56 cable cars and lifts with over 132 kilometers of ski slopes. The glacier ski area guarantees a special skiing pleasure with 100% snow reliability!

Es ist eine geräumige Wohnung im vierten Stock, mitten im Zentrum. Ein Aufzug (max. 2 Personen) führt direkt dorthin. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen: oben zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, unten ein Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esstisch. Ein kleiner Defekt an der Dusche wurde nach Meldung bei Andy schnell repariert. Kein großer Luxus, aber eine komfortable Wohnung in bester Lage zu einem fairen Preis.
