Ich bin sehr verärgert über Bellavilla, da ich vor meiner Reise mehrfach darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass meine Reservierung storniert wurde. Und tatsächlich: Bei meiner Ankunft war meine Reservierung nicht mehr vorhanden und ich musste neu buchen.
